Meeting 34 - Ethics form

We were analyzing the application Ethics form that we submitted to REC and the changes suggested by Jan Jans:

1° A title of the research project is missing, please add this to the first box on page 1 of the form.

2° The main applicants are your supervisors since they are responsible for the study and you are the co-applicant; please change.

3° In 4.d you mention that the interview that will function as debriefing will be audio recorded but I cannot find where and how you ask for permission to do so: please clarify.

4° Under 5.d you mention that course credit is the remuneration; what is the size of this credit?

5° Under 10.1 you mention ... waarin je toegang geeft... - probably ... toestemming...

6° The content of the written information is missing but it is on the basis of this that the participants will give their informed consent; please provide the written information necessary to give IC.

7° The content of the IC should be seperated from the content of the written information and contain the statement that the information has been understood, that possible additional questions have been answered etc. 

8° Under 10.4: the text of the debriefing is missing; please provide.

We included a amorphous condition and heart rate measure. I will send the new version of this Ethics form on Friday.
